As an example, recent technological and industry-level developments present the act of booking and scheduling as dynamic and requiring innovative and adaptive employees. This section contains an interview with Brendan Buckley, vice president of Columbus Arenas Sports & Entertainment in Columbus, Ohio, a joint operation between Nationwide Arena and the Jerome Schottenstein Center, about the current and future direction of booking and scheduling events for arenas.
