Kim Young Ha

Ha Young Kim is currently a doctoral student, with a specialization in Curriculum and Instruction, in the Physical Education Department at West Virginia University, where he acts as both a BIP Instructor and a Graduate Teaching Assistant. He has a B.S.-Taekwondo in Physical Education from Kyung Hee University in Seoul, Korea, a M.S. in Sport Administration from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse, and a M.S. in Sport Pedagogy from Purdue University. He is a member of the AAHPERD, WVAHPERD, AERA, and ABA, and has taught Taekwondo at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse and Purdue, as well as Golf and Tennis at West Virginia University. His research interests include physical fitness, class size in PE, levels of MVPA in children, and teaching behaviors. His hometown is Seoul, Korea. He is married with one daughter, Ji Yoon, and two sons, Andrew and Jun. His hobbies include basketball, badminton, and golf.
