Returns Policy
We value your business, and your satisfaction is important to us. Please contact us immediately to report damaged, missing, incorrect shipments or access to an incorrect electronic product. We will provide instructions for product exchange or replacement.

Bookstore Returns/Overstock
Please request return approval before shipping merchandise. Shipments received without prior approval will be returned to sender.
Returns must be shipped at the customer's expense. Any shipping costs, including but not limited to, international import charges incurred by FiT Publishing will be deducted from the eligible return credit.
A 15% restocking fee is applied to all approved returns and is noted on your credit memo.
A credit memo will be issued for eligible/approved returns. This credit will be applied to the balance due of the original order, or if paid in full, it can be applied to an outstanding balance due. Credits are applied toward the oldest outstanding balance first to keep the customer account in good standing.
Eligible/Approved
- Return approval code has been received prior to shipping.
- Return request was made within 90 days of purchase.
- Chargeback paperwork includes the store#, PO#, original order #, and return approval code.
- Returns must be the latest edition of a book or fall within the new edition release period.
- Returns must be in new condition for resale.
Rejected Returns
We reserve the right to reject returns for noncompliance of any of the above conditions, or for the return of merchandise listed below.
- Merchandise in which the seal or shrink-wrap has been opened or removed.
- Merchandise that have marks, highlights, stickers or signs of use are not in resale condition.
- Journals
- Books that have been shop soiled or damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging.
- Books marked as backlist, clearance, or discontinued, and books for which a newer edition has been released for sale for at least 60 days.
FiT Publishing will notify the customer, and rejected items may be destroyed or reshipped at the customer's expense.
