Braham Dabscheck is a senior fellow, Faculty of Law, at the University of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Braham published several books and numerous articles, chapters in edited books, review articles, and book reviews in the areas of Australian industrial relations and professional team sports across the globe.

He provided commissioned reports, was a member of grievance procedure and/or arbitration tribunals, and was a member of player agent accreditation boards. Braham was an editor of the Journal of Industrial Relations from 1991 to 1999. In 2009, he received the Australian Society for Sports History Service Award. Braham also supports the Minnesota Twins of the American League and St. Kilda in the Australian Football League.
